Every thriving community has that one special place. It’s that place where we connect with our friends and neighbors. On TV it has been Cheers (where everyone knows your name) and Central Perk (where Friends meet to share their lives), and so on. In our reality, many tell us it is Java Central.
Java Central is that special gathering place where friends, neighbors, and strangers connect to each other, and become part of a community – one that shares a common interest, time and location. They come to discuss, to laugh, to learn, and even to cry, with each other over a cup of coffee in a warm and welcoming and safe place – a refuge at times from the rest of life.

Over the past 10 years we have evolved and become an interesting collection of our own diverse communities – our weekday regulars, the music night patrons, our Sunday morning debaters, our musicians and artists who share and network – and many more.
Of course, others just come for our award-winning coffee that is roasted on site by one of the few certified roasters in central Ohio, partner Andy Piper. Or to munch on our great in-house culinary efforts – a quiche or one of the best deli sandwiches in all of Westerville.
We love that people often tell us “Thank you for doing this!”. That is so special and rare in business. Our response – thanks to our Westerville community!
