ROB MANDELL – Self-taught Photographic and Digital Artist
He is an award-winning artist who has shown his photographic artwork at a number of Judged Art Shows.
Rob enjoys taking ordinary objects and turning them into interesting pieces of art. His art is very diverse, fascinating, wildly creative and very collective, especially for collectors on a budget.
Influenced by prismatic refraction of light through objects. More recently, he has mastered digital art painting techniques.
Rob is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, now living in Westerville, Ohio. After working in the corporate world (including IT positions with IBM and Chase) for over 30 years, Rob retired in 2014, at age 50, due to Multiple Sclerosis progression. Since retirement, Rob has developed a passion for photography. And in 2018 Rob began to dabble with Digital artwork.
Rob has been an active member of the Westerville Art League/Community Artists of Westerville since the Fall of 2015, and has been it’s President since 2017.
